What to do if your card is lost or stolen

If any of the following occur with your Visa Incentive Card, contact Giftbit at cardsupport@giftbit.com and provide your phone number & zip code used to claim your card.

  • Stolen

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Unauthorized access to the PIN for the Physical Visa Incentive Card

  • Unauthorized access to the card details for the Visa Incentive Card

  • Visa Incentive Card did not arrive in the mail after 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)
